All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply contact us at: email@example.com with a detailed description of what you want to return, your order number and we will get back to you with all the information of return process within one business days.
There’s no restocking fee but we do not cover the shipping costs. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
All returns should be in new, unworn condition. Any returns received more than 28 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
We are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
